A cash bar will be onsite until 11pm.

The dress code is casual.  Come relaxed and prepared to have fun!  

We will have door prizes and a silent auction. If you would like to donate a door prize, please bring the prize to the room at 3pm.  You DO NOT have to donate a prize; it's completely up to you. 

If you are not able to make the banquet – let me know so we can arrange pick up of your award.  Awards are given to the top 5 riders of a class; you must have attended at least 5 races this season to qualify for year-end awards.

2. Phone Reservations: Attendees may call the hotel directly at 701-282-2700 (Option 0). Please instruct them to ask for the Two Eighty Six Sno Series Banquet Room Block to secure their reservation.Please note the cutoff date for reservations is May 20. Any unreserved rooms remaining after this date will be released from the block.
